La información que recibí de Civitatis y de la agencia local fue errónea, tanto la hora de recogida en el hotel como la de salida del barco, total una hora esperando desde las 6.30 h en el hotel y excursión que tenía en Viena a 20 h perdida. Por lo demás Bratislava es una ciudad agradable para dar un paseo y comer pero la guía fue aburrida y no conectó con el grupo. El barco muy bien por las vistas. Demasiado tiempo libre hasta la salida del barco, da tiempo de recorrer la ciudad varias veces.

Pésimo, el autobus se demoro 1 hs. El guia no hablaba bien el Ingles, hablaba la mayoría del tiempo en aleman, por que había 2 del tour que eran alemanes, éramos un grupo de 20 personas El tour duro 1:30’hs para las 12 del mediodía ya habíamos terminado. Quedan 6 hs para el barco, partía 18:30 hs, con nada nuevo para ver,. Conclusion, es una excursion de medio día maximo y vería que tipo se guia va a dar el tour si no lo haría sin guia

En la información y reserva indica claramente en idioma inglés y multiidiomas pero sólo fue en inglés. En la información de la excursión indica que se visitará la iglesia azul, el OVNI, el puente,....No es cierto. Ni se mencionaron ni se visitaron. Solo apenas una hora de explicación y recorrido. No nos dieron los tiquets del barco de regreso y tuvimos que ir, siguiendo las indicaciones del guía, sin acompañamiento, a encontrar el lugar del amarre para obtenerlos horas antes de la partida.

El guía (Milán) nos llevó de forma atropellada por el centro de la ciudad y nos daba información rapidísima y no nos concedió ni momentos para sacar fotos ni nos recomendó sitios, comidas, etc. La hora de salida del barco se atrasó porque el horario no se correspondía al período de primavera y llegamos mucho más tarde de lo programado, perdiendo la oportunidad de seguir nuestro itinerario. Bratislava, pinturesca, fácil de recorrer y accesible, pero no merece quizá un día completo.

Desde Viena se efectuó un traslado a Bratislava, sin guía que te pueda explicar algo de por donde pasamos. Una vez en Bratislava un Guía nos efectuó una visita por el centro histórico, a pie, de 1,45 h. enseñándonos desde donde saldría el barco a las 15,15 h. Hasta entonces por nuestra cuenta. Una vez obtuvimos los billetes para subir al barco, nuestro grupo tuvo los peores asientos de todo el barco, en las butacas del medio situadas en las tres últimas filas, desde donde no se podía ver nbada.

Como se informa en nuestra web, al llegar a Bratislava un guía os hará un recorrido por el centro histórico y después tendréis tiempo libre para explorar la ciudad. Sentimos que la experiencia no haya sido de tu agrado.

Nos dijeron que nos recogían a las 7.45 en el hotel , y des pues tuvimos que esperar 40 minutos a los otros dos participantes . Podrían habernos avisado, y recogernos a las 8.15. El día antes nos avisaron que cancelan l actividad porque no había gente . Al di siguiente nos volvieron a decir que si la hacia . No pusimos ningun problema, así que podrían haber tenido el detalle de cambiarnos la hora de recogida sabiendo que no había más gente .

El proveedor local nos ha informado de que os recogieron a la hora indicada y la espera posterior se produjo porque para entrar a Eslovaquia es necesario cumplir con cierto protocolo burocrático y de documentación, que hace que en ocasiones se produzcan retrasos de este tipo. Sentimos que esto haya ensombrecido tu experiencia.
