El guía fue lo mejor. Cástor nos explicó todo de maravilla y lo hizo muy ameno. Nos dejó en el restaurante y tenían nuestra reserva pero, cuando se fue, no venían con la comida. Tardaron 40 minutos en traernos una sopa y porque se la reclamamos (el restaurante estaba vacío). Tuvimos que ir varias veces a decirles que éramos de un tour y que ya lo teníamos contratado todo. Al ir a pagar (solamente éramos 4 personas pero no veníamos juntos), se empeñaron en cobrarnos juntos y con tarjeta.

The guide was the best part. Castor explained everything wonderfully and made it very enjoyable. He dropped us off at the restaurant, and they had our reservation, but when he left, they hadn't brought our food. It took them 40 minutes to bring us soup, and only because we complained (the restaurant was empty). We had to go back several times to tell them we were on a tour and had already booked everything. When we went to pay (there were only four of us, but we weren't traveling together), they insisted on charging us all together and by card.

Una vez que llegue a Bratislava muy bien por parte del guía que al contarle el problema automáticamente se puso en contacto con Civitatis y está me mandó el billete de vuelta a Vienna y el bono para comer . Tuve que pagar 32€ del translado a Bratislava porque mi agencia no me mandó el bono. A Civitatis les doy las gracias por solucionármelo al momento. Y como recupero los 32 € que tuve que pagar

La visita ha sido interesante aunque el tener que desplazarnos por nuestra cuenta fue estresante, ya que hubo que pagar taxi y este es caro, además en el restaurante no pudimos elegir la comida y nos pusieron lo mismo a todo el grupo.

Estoy muy desilusionada con l excursión, no podías volver porque el proveedor nos envío mal los tickets de vuelta, su coste original son 9,90€ y el chófer (desagradable y muy muy mal educado) no nos dejaba subir y no nos ayudó en absolutamente en nada, contándonos 17 euros a cada una para volver a Viena. La comida escasa y sin opción a elegir, son bebidas. El guía está contigo 2 hrs y te deja. Se puede ir por libre y sale más económico y mejor. Decepcionada de m excursión en su totalidad.

I'm very disappointed with the excursion. We couldn't return because the provider sent us the wrong return tickets. The original cost was €9.90, and the driver (unpleasant and very, very rude) wouldn't let us board and offered absolutely no help, charging us €17 each to return to Vienna. The food was sparse and there were no options other than drinks. The guide is with you for two hours and lets you go. You can go on your own, which is cheaper and better. I'm totally disappointed with my excursion.

Questa escursione è stata un’ ottima scelta, la guida è stata davvero tanto carina e garbata, ci ha dato anche consigli per scelte in autonomia. Non posso dire la stessa cosa del ristorante, non solo siamo stati serviti dopo circa un’ora, abbiamo richiesto in aggiunta al menù fisso anche delle pietanze diverse ( pagando a parte ) abbiamo atteso un’altra 1 ora, dopo vari solleciti hanno portato piatti diversi da quelle richiesti e giustificandosi che la nostra scelta era quella. Bratislava vale mucho la pena, el tour guiado por Astor estuvo super interesante, fue conciso pero con información precisa y justa. El bus llegó a tiempo y la comida estuvo bien también. Tuve muchas dificultades para hacer el cambio, por suerte el proveedor respondió rápido, pero de civitatis no tuve ninguna respuesta más que un bot. Flojísimo si pretenden que compremos actividades por adelantado, lo voy a dejar como última alternativa a futuro.

Bratislava is well worth the trip. Astor's guided tour was super interesting, concise but with accurate and fair information. The bus arrived on time, and the food was good too. I had a lot of trouble making the change; luckily, the supplier responded quickly, but I didn't get any response from CiVitatis other than a bot. It's really weak if they want us to buy activities in advance. I'll leave it as a last resort in the future.

La visita con el guía Castor Sánchez fue lo mejor, el almuerzo no se pudo decidír u primero y segundo plato únicos.Lo decepcionante fue no saber la parada exacta del bus en Bratislava,todas las personas que íbamos en la excursión nos bajamos en la siguiente parada, nos tuvimos que espabilar a buscar taxis para poder llegar a tiempo al punto de encuentro con el guía.Se debería detallar más la parada en Bratislava.
