Questa escursione è stata un’ ottima scelta, la guida è stata davvero tanto carina e garbata, ci ha dato anche consigli per scelte in autonomia. Non posso dire la stessa cosa del ristorante, non solo siamo stati serviti dopo circa un’ora, abbiamo richiesto in aggiunta al menù fisso anche delle pietanze diverse ( pagando a parte ) abbiamo atteso un’altra 1 ora, dopo vari solleciti hanno portato piatti diversi da quelle richiesti e giustificandosi che la nostra scelta era quella. Bratislava vale mucho la pena, el tour guiado por Astor estuvo super interesante, fue conciso pero con información precisa y justa. El bus llegó a tiempo y la comida estuvo bien también. Tuve muchas dificultades para hacer el cambio, por suerte el proveedor respondió rápido, pero de civitatis no tuve ninguna respuesta más que un bot. Flojísimo si pretenden que compremos actividades por adelantado, lo voy a dejar como última alternativa a futuro.

Bratislava is well worth the trip. Astor's guided tour was super interesting, concise but with accurate and fair information. The bus arrived on time, and the food was good too. I had a lot of trouble making the change; luckily, the supplier responded quickly, but I didn't get any response from CiVitatis other than a bot. It's really weak if they want us to buy activities in advance. I'll leave it as a last resort in the future.

La visita con el guía Castor Sánchez fue lo mejor, el almuerzo no se pudo decidír u primero y segundo plato únicos.Lo decepcionante fue no saber la parada exacta del bus en Bratislava,todas las personas que íbamos en la excursión nos bajamos en la siguiente parada, nos tuvimos que espabilar a buscar taxis para poder llegar a tiempo al punto de encuentro con el guía.Se debería detallar más la parada en Bratislava. Castor fue muy amable y muy correcto pero esperabamos un poco más de movimiento por la ciudad dado que en una hora y diez ya habíamos terminado y apenas andamos. La comida muy rica pero por lo que pagamos en el tour podía incluir una consumición. No obstante muy bien las facilidades para coger los autobuses y encontrar al guía.

Castor was very friendly and helpful, but we expected a little more activity in the city, given that we'd finished in an hour and ten minutes and barely walked. The food was delicious, but for what we paid for the tour, a drink could have been included. However, the facilities for catching buses and finding the guide were very good.

La actividad está bien, en nuestro caso la guía fue muy agradable y nos hizo un buen resumen de lo básico de la ciudad, además de información general sobre el propio país. La comida no estuvo mal, aunque se nos quedó a todos pelín corta en cuanto a cantidad. Como único defecto es la información previa, aunque en el bono pone que el punto de encuentro inicial es en la estación de Viena, realmente es en Bratislava, hasta ese momento no hay contacto con ningún guía. Experiencia decepcionante. Nuestra guía dejó mucho que desear. Su actitud y comentarios dejan muy mal parados a la empresa y al país. No domina el idioma, no espera a que el grupo se reúna para dar las explicaciones, las cuales fueron MUY pocas, confusas y deficientes. Parecía que tenía prisa por terminar el tour. Tuvo una actitud poco amigable y paciente. Una pena.

Disappointing experience. Our guide left much to be desired. Her attitude and comments reflect poorly on the company and the country. Excesivamente cara ya q lo único q entra en el transporte de autobús que no llega ni a 15€ ida y vuelta por persona si lo coges particularmente, una hora de una guía que es lo único donde te explican algo del sitio y una comida que no llega ni a 15€ por menú q no incluye ni el postre y cobran 79€ por persona la excursión. Para qué son los mínimo 25-30€ que sobran?

Sinceramente me he sentido estafada y abandonada. El tour espress mucha información en poco rato . Luego un restaurante que lo que había para comer no me disteis la opción de comer otra cosa ni ne preguntaste si tenía tolerancia al gluten o lactosa. Nos dejaron en el restaurante solos . Nada más entrar se ve que no había reserva el guia llamo y lo solucióno nos dejó a la ventura y luego un servicio de autobús fatal.por el precio que me cobrasteis no valía la escursion.

I honestly felt cheated and abandoned. The express tour provided a lot of information in a short amount of time. Then, at a restaurant, they didn't offer me the option to eat anything else, nor did they ask me if I was gluten or lactose intolerant. They left us alone in the restaurant. As soon as we entered, it was clear there was no reservation. The guide called and sorted it out, leaving us to fend for ourselves. Then, the bus service was terrible. For the price you charged, the tour wasn't worth it.

MAL por varios motivos: -La guía (una tal Flor) muy maleducada, no le gustaba que la gente le interrumpiese ni le preguntase, -La guía llegó tarde al Punto de encuentro (5 min), lo que provocó incertidumbre en los usuarios, -La actividad dura 1 hora solo y la guía te lleva únicamente por 2 o 3 calles y con explicaciones rápidas, nada más. Conclusión: Bratislava es bonita de ver, pero no merece la pena pagar tanto

BAD for several reasons: -The guide (a certain Flor) was very rude, she didn't like people interrupting her or asking her questions, -The guide arrived late to the meeting point (5 min), which caused uncertainty among users, -The activity lasts 1 hour only and the guide only takes you through 2 or 3 streets and with quick explanations, nothing more. Conclusion: Bratislava is beautiful to see, but it's not worth paying so much

Algo caótico a la hora de encontrar el autobús y a la hora de encontrar el punto de encuentro nos perdimos. En fin lo mejor de todo el guía que no falló gracias a Dios. No la recomiendo para nada.
