Teniendo en cuenta que el guía que nos tenia que hacer la visita estaba enfermo (lo q nos dijeron) y nos la hizo otra persona...que lo llamaron a ultima hora. Se esforzo con el idioma pq era Vienes y la verdad, echamos en falta el toque español, la historia de Viena durante la II Guerra Mundial, que paso por alto, y de Carlos I de España ... La verdad, quede muy defraudada pero no por el guia, se esforzo con el idioma pero no era lo q esperabamos y nos falto much a informacion.

Considering that the guide who was supposed to give us the tour was sick (as we were told), someone else called in at the last minute. Había mucha gente para realizar el tour. Debido a ello, según nos explicó el guía, tuvieron que llamarlo a él para dividirnos y con todo eramos un grupo de 50-60 personas. A pesar del buen hacer y de los excelentes conocimientos de Renata, el grupo era tan numeroso q era imposible escuchar bien todas las explicaciones de la guía. Además acortó el tour debido a que tuvimos q esperar unos minutos a q dejase de llover quedándonos sin visitar el ayuntamiento y el parlamento.

El guía fue un alemán racista (que estaba cubriendo a otro guía), no nos respondió el hola cuando nos acercamos y vimos como trató a los demás, y después dijo: “Todos españoles, menos esos (somos mexicanos)”. Nos dijo que Civitatis le cobraba 3.30E por cada uno que apareciera en la foto de grupo, para que no nos pusiéramos todos. No lo escuchábamos. El grupo era de 40 personas. No nos dijo el itinerario. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable. Desaprovechen la oportunidad.

Terrible! The guide was a racist German (who was covering for another guide). He didn't say hello when we approached and saw how he treated the others. Then he said, "We're all Spanish, except for those two (we're Mexican)." He told us that Civitatis charged him €3.30 for each person in the group photo, so we wouldn't all be in it. We couldn't hear him. The group was 40 people. He didn't tell us the itinerary. It was a very unpleasant experience. Don't waste this opportunity.
