All good! The Hop on -Hop off buses were great for getting around and showing you where the attractions were and what you would go back to, to explore. All the palaces were amazing.. Vienna is a beautiful city.

Really a wonderful way to explore and see Vienna! I only wish they had a couple places for where we could go to pick up the pass. Certain attractions were free for Vienna pass holders but needed reservations to visit (Eg. UN). There was no way to make the reservation without paying online. So we had to pay to make a reservation and then go to the attraction and tell them that we had Vienna pass. Then, they issued a refund for the online payment. Bit of a nuisance. Hope they figure that part out.

Fue un acierto!!! Fuimos solo dos dias a Vienna y el primer día teníamos cogido un freetour y para el Segundo cogimos la pass. La cogimos el primer dia para utilizarla al siguiente. Fuimos al Palacio Schonbrunn, abren a las 8:30, (ir a la tienda que hay según sales del parking) que ahí te dan hora y no hay que esperar las colas de la entrada del palacio. En Belvedere se puede entrar directamente sin pedir hora . En la noria igual. En el autobús muy bien. Translate this opinion into English.

It was a hit!!! We only went to Vienna for two days and the first day we had taken a free tour and for the second we took the pass. We took it the first day to use it the next. We went to the Schonbrunn Palace, they open at 8:30, (go to the store as you leave the parking lot) they give you a time there and you don't have to wait in line at the palace entrance. In Belvedere you can enter directly without asking for an appointment. On the Ferris wheel the same. On the bus very well. Opinion translated. Show original.

Per primo nn è stato facilissimo trovare il posto dove ritirare la tessera, nn c'era nessun cartello fuori, ne freccia. Dopo un po ( abbiamo chiesto indicazioni)siamo riuscite a trovarlo. Per andare al castello di Schönbrunn nn è stato semplice. Arrivate al castello ci hanno mandato in un'altra località dall'altra parte del castello( un po senza senso) e bisognava prenotare un slot. Era già tutto pieno e siamo riuscite a visitarlo solo il giorno dopo. Questo nn è chiaro nella pass.

Sul nostro sito web abbiamo inserito un allegato che specifica tutti i luoghi inclusi nel pass. Gli orari di apertura dei luoghi da visitare, così come l'organizzazione delle visite, sono stabiliti dal gestore di ciascuno di essi. Ci scusiamo per gli eventuali disagi che ciò può causare.
