Excelente tour con el guía. Su predisposición y a amabilidad hacen de la experiencia por Viena un paraíso, con historias, explicación de arquitecturas, entre otros.. En nuestro caso particular, como estuvo fresco y llovió de a ratos, se volvió pesado el tour cuando parábamos en algún lugar, más que nada por el frío, pero aún así se pudo disfrutar. La visita è andata bene di per se, ma il sistema di pagamento non è chiaro: si vende la visita come gratuita, poi si menziona il pagamento volontario; ma la guida, alla fine, rimane delusa dal mio compenso di 2 € affermando di dover pagare lei una parte per me (a chi poi?) e che aveva comunicato all’inizio che il minimo era di 4 €, cosa che io non avevo capito, in inglese. Nonostante il mio dispiacere, non mi ha nemmeno salutato perché scocciata. Da migliorare questo aspetto poco trasparente!

Empezamos mal, puesto que en la página te dirige a un tour en español y después resulta que te lo cambia y te lo pone en inglés y junto a nosotros había 3 grupos más y por suerte había un grupo en español 30 minutos después que nos acogió y donde el guía fue bueno y gracioso, de ahí que la puntuación sea normal, pero si fuera por el guía nada más, sería excelente.
