Éramos entre 30-40 personas en el tour, el guía no llevaba micro ni nos dio auriculares para escucharle. No se entendía nada. A los 20 minutos nos fuimos porque estaba siendo una pérdida de tiempo. Nos parece una falta de respeto que se admitan grupos tan grandes, y que además no se habilite para que podamos oir bien al guia. Habíamos reservado este tour con más de 2 meses de antelación, y finalmente visitamos la ciudad con ayuda del mapa de la oficina de turismo, google maps y chatgpt.

There were about 30-40 of us on the tour, and the guide didn't have a microphone or give us headphones to listen to him. We couldn't understand anything. After 20 minutes, we left because it was a waste of time. We find it disrespectful to admit such large groups, and that there's no room for us to hear the guide clearly.
