El grupo era demasiado grande. Había gente de sobras para hacer dos grupos. Johann intento hacerse oir, però era difícil escucharlo por el gran tamaño del grupo. Además, costaba mucho entenderlo, por su acento. Explicó muchas cosas y le puso ganas, pero el resultado no fué el esperado. Una parte era responsabilidad suya (podía haber hablado más despacio) y otra de la empresa por no poner dos guías, ya que de esa forma, habría sido más fácil seguir las explicaciones.

The group was too large. There were more than enough people to form two groups. Johann tried to make himself heard, but it was difficult to hear him because of the large group. He also had a hard time understanding him because of his accent. He explained many things and put effort into it, but the result wasn't what he expected. This was partly his fault (he could have spoken more slowly) and partly the company's fault for not having two guides, as that would have made it easier to follow the explanations.

Estuvimos en Viena en plena ola de calor y el tour se hizo un poco pesado. El guia bien aunque muy rapido quizas debido al volumen de personas que hizo el tour. No daba tiempo a que todo el mundo llegara a la parada para las explicaciones. Para ver un visión general de Viena, está bien.

La parte negativa que ya me pasó hace un par de días en Praga que lo de FREE ToUR ya no existe.. te exigen que les des 10 euros por persona, que si les cobran 5 euros civitatis.. que sí el gobierno.. que sí nosé qué.. pues ya la palabra FREE TOUR y propina no van unidas. El guía fue un alemán racista (que estaba cubriendo a otro guía), no nos respondió el hola cuando nos acercamos y vimos como trató a los demás, y después dijo: “Todos españoles, menos esos (somos mexicanos)”. Nos dijo que Civitatis le cobraba 3.30E por cada uno que apareciera en la foto de grupo, para que no nos pusiéramos todos. No lo escuchábamos. El grupo era de 40 personas. No nos dijo el itinerario. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable. Desaprovechen la oportunidad.

Terrible! The guide was a racist German (who was covering for another guide). He didn't say hello when we approached and saw how he treated the others. Then he said, "We're all Spanish, except for those two (we're Mexican)." He told us that Civitatis charged him €3.30 for each person in the group photo, so we wouldn't all be in it.
