Bien ,un microbús al ser solo 14 personas. Muy atento el guía y profesional. Se queda corta de tiempo la visita ,tal vez 90 minutos más. Poca información por parte de Civitatis de la actividad No dicen si se come ,si hay que llevarse alguna cosa para comer ,. No indican que allí hay bebidas y comida. No dice la actividad que se para una hora en la carretera a comer. Parada que yo quitaría y pondría una hora más de visita ,hemos pagado 150€ para ver ,no para estar tomando una cerveza. El guía que nos acompañó durante todo el viaje, como el guía español que nos recibió en el campo de concentración fueron excelentes y súper amables. Lo que considero que se podría mejorar es el tiempo en el lugar. El guía no llega a mostrarte todo y cuando finaliza te dan solo 30 min para que recorras por tu cuenta, teniendo que hacer todo a las apuradas y sin poder observar en detalle cada lugar. El otro punto en contra fue el lugar de almuerzo, más caro que el promedio en Viena.

Fue la excursión que más me ilusionaba de mi viaje a Viena y me encantó. El guía explicó todo en inglés pero también me explicó cosas en español porque era la única española del grupo. Eramos solo 5 personas. El viaje se hace largo pero merece la pena. Te recogen en un microbús, te llevan al campo de concentración, el guía te explica un par de cosas y te da la audioguía, ves tú solo el recinto, te subes al microbús después de tres horas y te lleva a la escalera de la muerte para verla y se acabó la actividad, te llevan de vuelta al punto de partida. Muy bien organizada pero sin más, muy cara para lo que es.
