Salzburg is a beautiful city. The tour itself did not include any activities there. Just a walking tour that was pretty lame. The mandatory stops are all in this very expensive cafe/stores called Landzeit. Must people in the tour did not like them.

De ida dos paradas muy largas. Con media hora cada una hubiese sido suficiente. Además faltó historia. Mostrar algo sin explicar,salvo lo de la película, me hubiese gustado. Ej. A su derecha Abadía de Melk. Tuve que ir a Google para saber de ella.

Full day tour to Salzburg. When was mentioned on the description of the tour that we will see the lakes on our way to Salzburg we never imagined that this will be a deviation of 1:30 min from our destination, and therefore our time in Salzburg was too short. Not makes sense that on a trip of 13:00 hours we spend just 3:40 hours in Salzburg, that was our destination. The stop of 50 min for dinner on the way back was also too long! Besides that all was good and we enjoyed.

El guía durante el trayecto hacia Salzburgo, fue muy bien explicando todo en forma adecuada en español e inglés, muy claro. La ciudad de Salzburgo es maravillosa. La guía local , que acompañó al grupo , en español, la verdad deja mucho que desear. No explicó en forma adecuada , cuando se le hicieron preguntas decía que luego las respondería , lo cual no lo hizo. No quedamos conformes con esta señora. Lo demás estuvo bien.

Tiempo de parada excesivo, que se resta de la estancia en la ciudad. La excursion es bonita. El guia maleducado y con una gran desgana, no explicó casi nada. Anuncian que es en español y ocasionalmente bilingüe, pues era todo en ingles y a veces hacía algun pequeño comentario en español.

Tardamos 45 min en parar a un café, fue tiempo perdido, el guía Hans era muy disperso y no ponía atención cuando hablaba se giraba y no se le escuchaba, se olvidaba y hablaba en inglés cuando el tour era en español, parecía que tenía prisa por dejarnos, (hubiera sido mejor un nativo español, porque era difícil seguirle) contaba historias que no aportaban, el trayecto dura más de lo que dicen y lo PEOR ES QUE NO FUIMOS A MIRABEL, cuando estaba incluido en el tour, cobraron por algo que no tuvimos

El tiempo libre apenas han sido 2 horas, las paradas en el camino muy largas e innecesarias en algunas ocasiones. Los guías, muy regular. El del autobús con un vocabulario muy pobre, con frases inconexas e ideas deslabazadas... muy complicado seguir el hilo de su explicación. El guía local del estilo, parecía que improvisaba y apenas se le entendía Una pena que una empresa en la que hemos confiado en muchas ocasiones tenga unos guías que no dominen el idioma como para hacer una buena visita.

El autobús la única pega mientras que en excursión de wahau era espacioso y preparado con enchufes para cargar, este era incómodo y no suficientemente preparado para un viaje largo.
