Bratislava nos gustó muchísimo. Sin embargo, el guía se entrenía demasiado con datos históricos que hicieron pesada la hora aproximada que estuvimos con él. Valoramos positivamente las indicaciones que nos dio para visitar por nuestra cuenta la ciudad. Como en otra ocasión anterior , hemos tenido problemas con el pick up ya que la información sobre el punto de recogida era errónea. Por suerte, nos llamaron por teléfono para ver dónde estábamos esperando. La vuelta en barco nos gustó mucho. Translate this opinion into English.

Es incomprensible que si toda la contratación sea español y luego sino aprietas un botón de detalles no te indique que el tori es en inglés/alemán cuando en el grupo éramos tres parejas españolas y solo una en alemán, me ha parecido un engaño

Nos vinieron a recoger una hora antes al hotel para un trayecto de 10 minutos y esperar 1 hora a que llegara el bus. Una vez en Bratislava nos pusieron a un guia que hizo el el tour pesado y aburrido , además que te hacen un recorrido de risa. Por tu cuenta ves más. Al final tienes que pagar para hacer el tour en los buses. En el barco de vuelta poca información para los tickets. No metece la pena para el dinero que cuesta.

Se supone que la guía tenía que quedarse hasta las 12 y darnos los Tickes del barco pues nos dejó a las 11 y sin Tickes del barco las explicaciones del recorrido nada satisfactoria una pena

VERGONZOSO, abandono a su suerte del turista. Llegamos a Bratislava a las 9.30 en bus desde Viena, donde nos esperaba el guía. Nos enseñó la ciudad durante 1,5 h, en lugar de 2,5 h. Después estuvimos 7 horas solos en la ciudad, hasta las 18.30h que zarpó el barco, y tuvimos que buscarnos la vida para obtener los billetes (el guía no los proporciona). Pero lo peor es que cuando regresas a Viena a las 20h, tienes que buscarte la vida para encontrar tu hotel, no te recogen en el embarcadero.

Mal organizada. Fuimos sin guía de Viena a Bratislava cuando lo normal sería llervarlo. Bratislava es una ciudad muy pequeña. Así que seis horas libres es demasiado tiempo. Y tampoco es normal que fuerámos los viajeros los que tuviésemos que recoger el billete del barco. Esa tarea corresponde a los guías.
