Seemed overbooked. As result c15 of us had to sit in an upper area away from the main cabin & accessed through outside. Buffet was badly organised & effectively a 'free for all'. Live entertainment was in the main cabin with the sound 'piped' into the area we had to sit in. Even the staff seemed embarrassed by the arrangements. Drinks were separate to the ticket & expensive. On the positive front the staff were very good & cruise ran to time.

We are sorry if the activity has not lived up to expectations. As you can read on the website, drinks are not included. We are pleased, on the other hand, that the staff and the development of the activity has been in line with expectations.

We couldn’t get inside the Duna due to a technical problem; couple tables are attached one to another and there’s not lot of privacy, Food and drinks were pleasant, music was great!

el servicio mal de parte de los saloneros muy caliente el aire acondicionado de los salones no funcionaba, la musica solo n el salon mas caliente porque arriba y en cubierta no habia toma corriento y nofuncionaba
