La guía muy simpática y atenta hemos estado muy con ella, lo único es que nos ha explicado muy poco del palacio, las explicaciones muy pobres de contenido, se basaba en decir de que color era la habitación y una habitación muy preciosa y poco más. Llegamos al punto de encuentro, que nos costó un montón porque en la descripción ponía que había que buscar un paraguas verde, pero no nos dijeron que el nombre de la empresa era otro diferente al de Civitatis. Cuando llegamos nos quisieron obligar a hacer el tour en inglés porque solo se permitían grupos de 30 personas máximo y éramos 35 personas. Obviamente dijimos que no, porque reservamos con mucha antelación en español para poder enterarnos de las explicaciones. Muy mal organizado

Empezaron antes de la hora prevista (10:10h) Visita por el palacio con explicaciones, ok-normal. 1h aprox. Nos dieron tiempo para salir e ir al baño o tienda y no esperaron absolutamente a nadie. Pero que no te daba tiempo, suficiente costaba salir del palacio e ir al baño un momento. La guía no esperó a nadie y le dió totalmente igual que la mayoría del grupo no asistiera a la segunda parte. Pagamos por un servicio a medias, totalmente descontenta.
