El guía nos explicó todo de una manera muy amena y entretenida. Nos hizo muchas recomendaciones de actividades que podíamos hacer a lo largo de nuestra estancia. Lo único malo es que éramos más de 50 personas lo cual a mi parecer es excesivo. Aún así, el guía se esforzó para que se le escuchara en todo momento

El guía muy amable y profesional. Me pareció corto el tour, tal vez añadiendo 30 min. mas se podrían incluir algunos otros sitios que se quedan fuera de la visita. Por otro lado limitaría la cantidad de asistentes a 30 o 35 personas máximo poir guia, esto ayudaría al mejor desarrollo del tour.

Hicimos el tour con Mathias, sabe muchísimo y nos explicó de todo un poco. Vimos muchos lugares, escuchamos mucha historia y tuvimos excelentes recomendaciones. Mí única crítica es que éramos muchísimos!!! Sería bueno que habrán más horarios por la mañana así los grupos no son excesivamente grandes (más de 40)

Muy interesante y divertido, lo pasamos bastante bien , puedes ver en dos horas gran parte del centro de Viena y sacar mucha información relevante para tus días posteriores en la ciudad, por eso creemos que lo mejor sería hacer el tour lo más cercano posible a tu llegada a Viena .Lo recomendamos muchísimo , Marco es un hombre excelente.

La guía Anne Marie es estupenda. Hizo un esfuerzo enorme en este tour para que fuera lo mejor posible. Sin embargo el número de personas era excesivo. Seríamos unas 50 ó 60 personas, por lo que fue muy difícil escuchar las explicaciones. Muy mal civitatis por permitir un tour masificado.

El grupo era demasiado grande, súper excesivo, me consta que tuvieron una incidencia con un guía, pero aún repartidos en dos guías el grupo era grande. Decir a favor de la guía que se gano a los asistentes, con su buen hacer, ella estuvo genial, el recorrido y las explicaciones.

El guía Martin era muy interesante y divertido y nos contó muchas curiosidades. Civitatis debería controlar el número de personas del tour, el grupo era demasiado numeroso y dificultaba mucho la movilidad. La ruta debería incluir también la zona de Rathaus.

Hubo que divivir el grupo debido a la cantidad de gente que se iba sumando. Difícil poder escuchar con tanta gente. Explicación bastante breve. Deberían controlar el aforo. Y los estudiantes entre todos no pagaron al guía ni 20€ y eran más de 20. Una vergüenza

Éramos muchísimos en el tour, de hecho estaban dos guías para poder dividirnos a la mitad. Aún así demasiada gente para este tipo de tour ya que muchas veces no se escuchaba al guía y en los desplazamientos de tardaba mucho en agrupar todo el grupo por lo que se perdía mucho tiempo, o bien, te perdías parte de la explicación. Además ambos guías de los dos grupos no eran españoles nativos por lo que a veces tampoco se les entendía bien. Me decepcionó un poco.

El guía Mario nos hizo un tour agradable e interesante. Él se esforzó a pesar de las condiciones adversas. Jamás he hecho un tour con tantas personas, probablemente, más de 60. Fatal. No se oían la mitad de las explicaciones incluso aunque llevara Micro.

Mario, un guía excelente. El contra de esta visita es que había demasiado gente y se hacía difícil escuchar en todo momento. Los tours deberían ser con grupos reducidos, por este motivo no sé si volvería a repetir reservando el tour por aquí.

Mario fue nuestro guía, tenía mucha información y lo hizo bastante ameno. Cierto que no termino en la Opera como ponía en el tour, sino un poco antes y en la Catedral. Creo que estos cambios deberían decirlos. Comentar también que íbamos dos grupos exageradamente extensos y así no se realizan bien los tours porque se debe estar constantemente esperando a todo el grupo. No es culpa del guía, pero las plataformas saben perfectamente quien se apunta a cada actividad.

Demasiado grandes los grupos! Se esforzo por contar una buena historia.. se nota que conoce perfecto la historia de los distintos lugares y eso se agradece... pero he tenido guias mas amenos... la verdad era el unico horario disponible, pero claramente no aconsejo tomar un tour para caminar 2 horas... despues de haber caminado el dia entero por mi cuenta

Y el último en realidad ir a las} casa de Mozart, que no tienen nada, porque apenas se puede acceder al patio interno y el salón donde el tocaba apenas se puede apreciar desde afuera.
